Aspect : White very fine powder, odourless or with a light stearic odour, pasteless and unctuous to the touch.
Description : Magnesium salt of stearic acid.
Application : Used as confectionery mold, release agent, foamer and emulsifier in rusks and baking powder. Often used as an anti-caking agent and is water repellent.
