Stearinerie Dubois propose a large choice of esters used as taste molecule or oily support in aroma.

Generally the taste is "fatty", they are ideal support for savoury applications (like crisps, bechamel, cheese...) or sweet .

Easy to use, there is no restriction in Europe.

Do not forget a few additives known as solubilising and dispersing agents of aroma molecules, like glyceryl oleate - glyceryl stearate (E 471) or sucrosesters (E 473) or MCT oil.
