Some new products have been created on the basis of the existing ones.
Concerning the PAN OIL LEADER HIS, the PAN OIL LEADER 777 and the PAN OIL LEADER SOLIDE SPECIAL, we have created the equivalent but without soya lecithin. This has been done with the purpose to avoid declaring on the label (for have what they call a “friendly label”).
This because of the new legislation, that oblige the candies producers to declare also the release agent; (if they contain products included in the allergen list). Of course, concerning liquid release agent for cooling belts, we have developed since years the PAN OIL LEADER INDUSTRIE RPG, where we have replaced the lecithin with another emulsifier. |
